All persons who sign up for the personalized BIKE24 newsletter during the giveaway period from July 14, 2026, through August 2, 2026, are eligible to participate in the prize draw. To successfully subscribe to the personalized BIKE24 newsletter, the registration process must be completed in full. In particular, your subscription must be confirmed via double opt-in. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.
Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in one of the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Italy
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- France
- Finland
If a participant has limited legal capacity, participation requires the consent of their legal representative. Persons involved in the planning or administration of this giveaway, employees of Bike24 GmbH, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
This giveaway is a Europe-wide promotion organized by Bike24 GmbH and is open exclusively to persons residing in one of the countries listed above. It is not intended for residents of countries not included in that list. By completing the registration process, each participant confirms that, at the time of entry, they reside in one of the eligible countries. Bike24 GmbH reserves the right to verify a participant's country of residence at any time during the promotion and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements. Any prize purportedly won by an ineligible participant will be deemed void and forfeited without replacement. Bike24 GmbH accepts no responsibility for any tax, regulatory, or other consequences resulting from participation by ineligible persons.
The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants. Legal recourse is excluded. Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided during registration as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw. Prizes will be awarded only to the winners or their legal representatives. Prizes cannot be exchanged, collected in person, or redeemed for cash. BIKE24 will cover any shipping costs incurred for delivery of the prizes.
The organizer shall not be liable if the giveaway or competition must be modified or canceled due to exceptional circumstances. The organizer's obligation is limited to providing the prize(s) described above in unused condition. The organizer excludes all liability for defects in the prize(s) and for any damage resulting from their use, except where such damage is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
If a winner does not respond within one (1) week of being notified, the prize will be forfeited without replacement. Any unclaimed prizes will remain the property of the organizer.
