The Ranger Global is equipped with a non-slip ring, a built-in declination scale, and a removable safety strap. It also offers a map measurer in mm, with scales of 1:25k and 1:50k. The base plate has a curved shape at the rear end for a perfect fit in the hand, along with a magnifying lens. The distinct arrow and the scales/markings in clear font, combined with high transparency in the base plate, facilitate navigation. When activated in light, the luminous markings enable night navigation. The red/black north-south lines on the bottom of the capsule ensure easy and secure placement.
