Dual Compound (DC)

Zleen Dual Compound (DC) technology combines a high-performance 57ShA center compound with a softer 47ShA shoulder compound, ensuring the perfect balance between durability and grip. The soft edges provide exceptional traction in tight corners, on loose surfaces, and on rocky or muddy terrain, while the center section ensures a longer life for the tires. This combination delivers outstanding performance without compromising durability, making it ideal for versatile riders.

Tubeless ready (TR)

Zleen’s tubeless ready (TR) casing is designed for a flawless, airtight fit, thanks to precisely shaped beads and an optimized bead diameter that lock securely into the rim. Advanced calendering technology and a special rubber compound significantly reduce air permeability, ensuring long-lasting pressure retention. Simply add a sufficient amount of tire sealant to activate the tubeless system. For maximum performance, we recommend combining it with Zleen Seal Pro tire sealant and high-quality tubeless valves.

Bead-to-Bead (B2B) Fabric Reinforcement
