The zleen Lion Pro is the trail crossover for XC riders with technical demands. It brings the Lion’s rugged, open tread pattern to a race-oriented Pro platform: 120 TPI Skinwall casing, tubeless ready, bead-to-bead protection, and a dual compound with maximum grip—ideal for root-covered climbs, tight turns, and fast sections over loose terrain.

Zleen Dual Compound (DC) technology combines a high-performance 57ShA center compound with a softer 47ShA shoulder compound, ensuring the perfect balance between durability and grip. The soft edges provide exceptional traction in tight turns, on loose surfaces, and on rocky or muddy terrain, while the center section ensures a longer life for the tires. This combination delivers outstanding performance without compromising durability, making it ideal for versatile riders.

Tubeless Ready (TR)

Zleen’s tubeless ready (TR) casing is designed for a flawless, airtight fit, thanks to precisely shaped beads and an optimized bead diameter that lock securely into the rim. Advanced calendering technology and a special rubber compound significantly reduce air permeability, ensuring long-lasting pressure retention. Simply add a sufficient amount of tire sealant to activate the tubeless system. For maximum performance, we recommend combining it with Zleen Seal Pro tire sealant and high-quality tubeless valves.

Bead-to-Bead (B2B) Reinforcement

The bead-to-bead (B2B) fabric layer was developed for the toughest rides and envelops the entire carcass.
