With an inner width of 30 mm and a rim height of 49 mm, the G SES 4.5 PRO offers an ideal balance of responsiveness, stability, and speed. The aerodynamically optimized rim shape ensures noticeable efficiency on varied terrain, while the low weight provides advantages when climbing, accelerating, and navigating technical sections.

ENVE’s Wide Hookless Bead technology was developed to significantly reduce punctures. The width of the rim edge, which is more bluntly shaped, distributes impact energy more effectively, thereby reducing the risk of punctures from hard impacts on rocks, edges, or potholes.

The rim width is also specifically tailored to modern, high-volume tires. As wider tires are used more and more frequently in gravel riding, rim widths are increasing accordingly. This ensures that the transition between the tire and the rim sidewall remains aerodynamically clean, which improves airflow and reduces drag.
