At the same time, ADDIX Green is Schwalbe’s most environmentally friendly rubber compound—containing up to 80 percent renewable and recycled materials, including recycled carbon black from our own tire recycling process, which replaces fossil-based industrial carbon black. It also contains renewable ingredients such as silica from rice husk ash and soybean oil, which replaces petroleum-based process oils.
