As temperatures drop at high altitudes, this down jacket offers optimal warmth for high-altitude hikes. It’s lightweight and packable, making it an essential part of your gear for challenging hikes.
The goose down, with a fill power of 800 cuin, maintains its thermal performance even when wet thanks to its water repellent K Dry™ impregnation and offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The fully recycled Pertex® Diamond fabric is highly abrasion-resistant, withstanding friction against rock or ice. The lightweight material provides effective wind protection, while the water repellent treatment shields against light moisture. For transport, the down jacket can be stowed in its own stuff sack.
Its athletic cut, raglan sleeves, and seamless shoulder construction allow for optimal freedom of movement, even when wearing a backpack. The helmet-compatible hood, high collar, elastic cuffs, and adjustable hem prevent cold air from entering. The two zippered pockets remain accessible even when wearing a harness; the inner pocket keeps essential items safely stored.
This mountaineering down jacket combines warmth, lightness, and durability and is designed for mountaineering, climbing, and ski touring.
