Directions

Take 1–3 tablets with plenty of water 30–60 minutes before exercise. The general recommendation is to consume 3–6 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight. The maximum safe amount of caffeine for adults is 400 mg per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
