An improved version of the classic vest, developed at the request of professional athletes to combine the protection of an all-weather vest with the coverage and fit of a racing jersey.
The RS Shell Jersey S11 is the result of a collaboration between ASSOS aeroScience and the Tudor Pro Cycling Team. It is a highly breathable, windproof shell that protects like a vest and fits like a racing jersey. The brand-new DIAMOND Ultra Softshell protects the front of the body and the shoulders from wind, cold, and precipitation. The highly elastic, insulating 575CX fabric wraps around the upper arms, providing thermoregulatory support. Both fabrics are extremely breathable, maintain a dry microclimate, and ensure you won’t feel chilly even after intense exertion. In addition, both fabrics are ultra-stretchy, and the extra elastic mesh insert at the lower back improves the fit and the visibility of the numbers on your jersey. The result is an aerodynamic, second-skin silhouette suitable for top-level competition. When conditions improve and the temperature rises, the RS Shell Jersey S11 can be folded up thanks to its compact size and stowed in a jersey or jacket pocket.

- FEATURED FABRICS: DIAMOND Ultra is a new, in-house 2L membrane and a more protective, more elastic upgrade to our SPHERE softshell family. This highly elastic fabric is the lightest DIAMOND material. It offers first-class breathability, waterproof protection, and a second-skin fit that doesn’t pinch anywhere. 575CX is an insulating, breathable jersey-weave fabric that hugs the body’s contours with supportive second-skin compression.
- CONSTRUCTION/FIT: The AEPD 11 racingFit is an aerodynamic second-skin fit developed based on feedback from the WorldTour, providing all-around compression and stability to the body.
- Double Slide Zipper: A double-slide zipper allows for easy access to the bags as well as ventilation from the top or bottom.
- ASSOS aeroScience: Combines thermoregulation and windproof protection with racing aerodynamics. Full speed, no compromises.
- Raw Cut: The sleeves, hem, and zipper are raw-cut and bonded, eliminating seams and giving the entire jersey clean, aerodynamic lines.
