The Santa Cruz Bullit combines the characteristics of a downhill bicycle with the motor assistance of a Bosch Performance Line CX drive system. This allows riders to efficiently tackle even the most challenging climbs while delivering full performance on the toughest descents.
With its downhill-oriented geometry, long travel, and rugged components, the Bullit is designed for use on extreme terrain. It’s right at home on trails where classic downhill bikes also shine, delivering a riding experience that comes closest to the combination of bike park fun and a built-in chairlift.
Every design decision was made with riding performance in mind. These include obvious features like the sturdy yet lightweight carbon frame, the outstanding suspension, and the optimal, size-specific geometry. Or details such as the seatstay bridge, the one-piece derailleur lever, and a closed down tube for high stiffness and low weight.
The integrated 600Wh rechargeable battery and the optional 250Wh PowerMore range extender offer you a wide range of possibilities. On a typical day (1,000–1,500 meters of elevation gain), the main rechargeable battery is enough, and you save yourself unnecessary weight. And if you’ve got big plans? Just clip on the extra rechargeable battery.
The Bosch Performance Line CX is powerful, reliable, and quiet. The available power and how it’s delivered make for a fun ride uphill. And it gets you to the start of the downhill run feeling relaxed.
With the
The 29" front wheel provides traction and stability, while the 27.5" rear wheel promotes an active riding experience—the perfect mix for off-road fun.
True to Santa Cruz tradition, the axles and derailleur levers are extremely durable, reliable, and easy to maintain. The original owner receives free replacement bearings.
VPP bikes feature a FlipChip that simultaneously changes the geometry and the suspension curve of the rear triangle. In the Low setting, the rear triangle becomes slightly more progressive, especially at the end of the travel, for more support against bottom-outs. In the High setting, the bicycle sits slightly higher and offers the rider more support in the mid-travel range.
