The limited edition Deemax DH Yellow Mullet wheelset celebrates the 25th anniversary of the iconic Deemax DH in style. With its legendary design in an even brighter shade of yellow, this tribute wheelset pays homage to the legends who have written the greatest chapters of its history, including Nicolas Vouilloz, Greg Minaar, and Sam Hill.

This exceptional wheel was designed at the foot of the French Alps and developed, tested, and approved by the riders of the Mavic DH Team. It features a 30 mm-wide, welded rim specifically engineered to absorb the harshest impacts and dampen vibrations while riding—for maximum confidence and active relaxation on aggressive terrain.

The Deemax DH YLW is equipped with 28 J-bend spokes made of forged steel, which provide the best possible balance between sturdiness and flexibility for maximum efficiency on the most demanding descents. These spokes are designed to be quick and easy to repair in the event of a puncture, eliminating the need for a lengthy pit stop so you can get back on the trail fast. Each wheel comes with two spare spokes for added peace of mind.

The wide rim profile of the Deemax DH YLW Mullet makes it easy to mount DH tires with widths between 2" and 3" and offers riders exceptional versatility to adapt their tire setup to any conditions.

SUP Welding Technology

Soudé-Usiné process, stronger and smoother joint. After bending, the rim joint is welded using an electric arc. The weld seam is then milled to create a smooth surface.

QRM Automatic Bearing Preload

The cartridge bearings are double-sealed. Their preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee smooth, play-free operation over long distances.
