Despite the balanced 5:1 combination of pea and rice, methionine was still missing from the protein, so Vilgain added these essential amino acids. The result is a protein with an optimal combination of amino acids for building and maintaining muscle mass. A 30-gram scoop contains 24.4 grams of plant-based protein with amino acids in the ideal ratio. Despite its very low sugar content, the protein has a pleasant sweetness thanks to steviol glycosides derived from the stevia plant. The stevia is dosed just right, so you don’t have to worry about a bitter aftertaste. Directions

Add 1 scoop (30 g) of plant-based protein to 250 ml of water and mix well.
