Details of the Fjällräven Abisko Lite 1 Tent

A compact, sturdy tunnel tent for solo hikers who prioritize the smallest possible pack size and low weight. A main pole arch and sturdy aluminum corner poles provide generous headroom and ample foot space. A comfortable, reliable, and lightweight companion on all solo trips.

The outer tent is made from Fjällräven’s new high-performance nylon. An innovative construction using two different fabric weights ensures high durability while keeping the weight low. The vestibule has an exceptionally large size for a solo tent and offers ample space for gear. The outer and inner tents are attached, which simplifies setup and protects the inner tent from rain while it’s being pitched. In severe weather, the tent can also be pitched using a second set of poles (not included in the scope of delivery).

Good ventilation is provided by three openings at the top and bottom, which can be completely closed if necessary. For particularly good air circulation, the outer tent can be rolled up halfway in warm weather and secured in this position—an auto-stop function prevents the wind from forcing the zipper open. Fine-mesh netting on all openings, including the inner tent door, prevents even the tiniest insects from getting inside. A clothesline and mesh bags in the inner tent make it easy to dry gear and keep everything organized and easy to find.

Just like all other Fjällräven tents, the Abisko Lite 1 is manufactured entirely without PVC or toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is fluorocarbon-free.
