The compact screw-on top tube Phone Bag Proof is welded watertight. The wide, waterproof zipper provides quick access to power bars, credit cards or keys. The lid contains a waterproof, transparent cover into which navigation devices up to 17 x 8 x 1 cm can be inserted and secured with a waterproof zipper. The waterproof top tube bag is attached to the top tube and head tube with 3 Velcro straps. Holes in the base also allow the bag to be bolted to the top tube.
