 Thanks to the innovative and patented Seat-Lock mounting system, the bag—made of abrasion-resistant nylon fabric—is extremely sturdy, quick to install, and just as quick and residue-free to remove. The adapter clamp makes the Seat-Pack QR suitable even for dropper seatposts, requiring just 4.3 cm of space on the dropper post. The internal stiffener and five compression straps ensure that the content is packed securely and tightly. A valve with a grip loop helps compress the pack’s volume, and on the outside, the elastic cord allows you to secure additional gear. To prevent damage from contact with the tires, a protective plate is attached to the bottom of the Seat-Pack QR, which also serves as a replacement fender.

Compatibility Note

You can easily check whether your saddle is compatible:

• The saddle frame must have a minimum angle of 34° at the bend
• Measured from the hinge point, you need at least 13 mm of clearance along the saddle frame to both the saddle clamp and the underside of the saddle
• The lower edge of the side of your saddle must be at least 14 mm higher than the lower edge of the saddle frame (measured at the bend)

Unfortunately, the following components are not suitable:

• Carbon saddles
• Suspension seatposts
• Saddles with unusual saddle frames, e.g., SQLab Active, Brooks B67
• Electronic Vario seatposts, e.g., Rock Shox Reverb AXS or Magura Vyron
• If you still encounter problems during initial installation, make sure the Seat Lock system on the bag is moved as far forward as possible (toward the seatpost) and that the four locking screws of the Seat Lock system are loosened. This makes it easiest to mount the bag and find a suitable position.
