Rennrad-News: Best online bike shop for the fifth year in a row
In the 2026 Rennrad-News User Awards, we once again claimed the top spot. For the fifth consecutive year, the community voted us the best online bike shop. We've held this title every year since 2022 – a vote of confidence that means more to us than any jury award. It shows that we're delivering where it matters most: product selection, availability, and service.

MTB-News: Silver in the bike shop category
In the 2026 MTB-News User Awards, we took second place after an incredibly close vote. For us, it's another strong sign of the trust riders place in us. Even in the demanding world of mountain biking, cyclists rely on our product selection and expert advice.
eMTB-News: Silver in the growing e-bike market
We also earned silver in the Bike Shop category at the 2026 eMTB-News User Awards. In the fast-growing e-MTB market, riders expect both a wide selection of the latest bikes and components and knowledgeable service. That's exactly what we deliver.
Top rankings in the DtGV comparison
It's not just the cycling community that recognizes our strengths – independent experts do, too. In the German Society for Consumer Studies (DtGV) "Online Bike Retailers" study, we took first place overall in 2021, ahead of nine other major online bike shops in Germany. We followed that with a second-place finish in 2023. In both years, DtGV also ranked us No. 1 for product selection – an advantage that makes all the difference when you're searching for the right bike or component. The study evaluates retailers across five categories, including pricing, transparency, delivery, product selection, and customer service.
Test winner in the ÖGVS study on online bike shops
Our strengths are recognized beyond Germany, too. In the 2025 Austrian Society for Consumer Studies (ÖGVS) "Best Online Shops for E-Bikes" study, more than 600 e-bike buyers evaluated 11 retailers. Our Austrian shop ranked first in three of the five categories: product selection, value for money, and customer recommendation. Earning the highest score for customer recommendation is especially rewarding – it shows that once customers shop with us, they're happy to come back.
