transtex® is Löffler's proprietary functional fabric for base layers. Development began in 1976, with production starting in 1978. For cycling, transtex® is available in two versions: transtex® Light for moderate temperatures and transtex® Warm for cooler conditions. Both are produced in the company's own knitting facility in Ried im Innkreis.

Introduced in 2008, hotBOND® is Löffler's technology for seamless connections in shorts and bib shorts. The innovation received the Austrian State Prize for Innovation in 2018. Instead of conventional seams, hotBOND® uses ultrasonically bonded flat connections.
