The R Thermal Rain Jersey S11 was developed in collaboration with the TUDOR Pro Cycling Team for training rides in cool weather and races of long length during the transitional seasons. It combines race-day functionality with comprehensive protection, enabling racing and training in adverse conditions. It consists of two fabrics from the new CORE Softshell membrane family—a warmer, more insulating version on the upper body and a lighter version on the sleeves. This combination protects the core, which is crucial for keeping the limbs and extremities warm. Arm protection can be customized with additional layers such as arm warmers or jackets. The dual-slider zipper is self-aligning—the sliders automatically align so you can operate it easily even when wearing gloves or going full throttle on wet, slippery surfaces.
Features of the Assos EQUIPE R S11 Thermo Rain Short Sleeve Jersey for Men
- FEATURED FABRICS: CORE Medium and CORE Light are part of the new CORE softshell family, which succeeds the AIRBLOCK-EVO family. The Medium version offers greater insulation, while the Light model enhances breathability. All CORE fabrics combine a four-way stretch jersey material, a breathable membrane, and a water repellent ECO finish to protect against rain and wind, while a silky-soft lining wicks moisture away from the body.
- CONSTRUCTION/FIT: The AEPD 11 racingFit features an aerodynamic second-skin fit developed based on feedback from the WorldTour, providing all-around compression and stability.
- fastClosure: A double zipper allows for ventilation from the top or bottom. Thanks to the self-adjusting design, the sliders lock into place even when wearing gloves or in inclement weather.
- Reflective Detailing: Stripes on the shoulders, the back of the arms, and down the center of the lower back ensure the jacket is reflective all around, improving visibility in low-light conditions.
- zeroSeam Pockets: The clean, seamless pocket construction provides secure storage for essential items while riding and reduces the risk of water penetration. A panel made of STABILIZER V11 supports and stabilizes the content.
