Details about the BLACKROLL TWISTER fascia ball with nubs

The TWISTER stands out thanks to its ergonomic curve and textured surface. It’s small enough to fit in any pants pocket, making it a practical companion for self-massage at home, at the gym, or on the go.

Pressure & Rotation
Unlike fascia rolls and balls, where you mainly use your body weight, you guide the TWISTER with your hand. The two recessed grips on the back ensure a firm hold. The nubs on the curved side grip the skin, and with a slight twist, you apply gentle pressure. That’s the principle behind the TWISTER.

Here’s how it works
Place the TWISTER on your skin and apply light pressure. Then slowly rotate it to the left and right. You can adjust the pressure at any time, depending on how it feels. After about 15 seconds, switch sides or place the TWISTER on a different area. The TWISTER is most commonly used on the neck. However, it’s also suitable for the shoulders, arms, elbows, and thighs. You can even use it to massage the soles of your feet: Place the TWISTER on the floor, stand with your foot on the curved side, and rotate it.
