Details about the BLACKROLL DuoBall 12

With a diameter of 12 cm, the DuoBall is small and easy to handle. Two fascia balls are seamlessly connected, allowing you to massage the muscle groups on the left and right sides of the spine simultaneously, without any help from others. The narrow center section avoids bony structures such as the spinous processes of the spine, the tibia and fibula, or the ulna and radius. This allows you to use the DuoBall in a variety of ways: for the back, sides, shoulders, arms, and legs. Depending on the body part, you can work over a large area or target specific points.

For the neck area, we recommend the smaller DuoBall 08. In combination with the BALL 08 and the BALL 12, you can also target specific areas such as the shoulders, calves, or buttocks.

The firmness level is designed so that you can use the DuoBall both for self-massage after a workout and for your fascia training. Fascia are connective tissue structures that provide support to your muscles.

Here’s how it works
You work almost exclusively with your body weight, either lying on the floor or leaning against a wall. You control the pressure using your arms and legs, adjusting it to suit your comfort level. By actively moving your body, you roll along the muscle strands. The ball can also be used for shoulder mobility exercises.
