Details of the BLACKROLL DuoBall 08

The DUOBALL 08 combines two massage balls into one tool. The recess in the center protects the spine, allowing the balls to roll directly to the left and right of it. This allows you to massage parallel muscle strands simultaneously and evenly. It’s especially comfortable for the back and neck, but is also suitable for the shoulders, arms, shins, and legs. With a diameter of 8 cm, the DUOBALL 08 is smaller than the DUOBALL 12. This means you can also use it for targeted self-massage.

Self-Massage for the Neck Area
A smaller massage ball is particularly well-suited for the neck, with its more delicate muscle groups. Here, too, the indentation ensures the spine is spared. A soothing massage is just what you need, for example, after a long day at your desk.

How to use the DUOBALL 08
Roll the ball over your back muscles with slow, even movements. It’s also suitable for your shoulders, shins, calves, heels, and upper and forearms. You can use it against a wall or on the floor. Support yourself with your arms and legs to adjust the pressure to your comfort level.
