Details of the BLACKROLL Ball 08

This small fascia ball is one of the most popular BLACKROLL® products. You can use it for self-massage and as a training tool. Thanks to its size, it fits in any bag and can accompany you home, on trips, and to the gym. Its small surface area allows you to massage specific body areas with precision and accuracy. You don’t need a second person to do this. You can easily reach even hard-to-reach areas like your neck, back, glutes, and calves.

How to use the BALL 08

For a gentle massage, hold the ball in your hand and roll it over your arms or thighs with light pressure. If you want to increase the intensity, use your body weight. If you lean against a wall with the ball, you can adjust the pressure to your liking. By bending and stretching your legs, you can massage your neck, back, and buttocks. Lying on the ball provides the strongest pressure, particularly in the upper back and neck area. You can reduce the pressure by supporting yourself with your arms. Circular, steady movements are ideal for the feet—a soothing massage after a long day or after working out.
